Cancellation/Return Policy

You may cancel your order, exchange or return merchandise in its original condition for a replacement, refund or account credit within 30 days of receipt.

You will be notified when your items are received at our facilities, after which, it typically takes 7-21 days for your card or account to be credited.


Please note that shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.


You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

Reference Transactions

If you have an automatic payment or payment plan (reference transactions) set up with Krystal Star Creations this will automatically bill your account until your payment in full for the program you purchased is complete.  if you have any subscription service you may cancel at any time by emailing

Refunds on Experiences

To receive a full refund on your trip experiences such as Egypt and Amazon Avatar you must cancel within 30 full days for the Amazon trip, and 45 full days before the Egypt trip to receive a full refund.
